The DKA at Dominique Ansel

I thought the Cannele’s were my favorite at this bakery but they now have stiff competition from another pastry the DKA.


This looks like a croissant, except circular with a nice sparkly sugar top.


Break inside to find layers of flaky pastry and wonderful buttery pockets of dough. This is quite possibly pastry perfection.
