Bills Burger Bar- Drop It on a Salad

The Manhattan Cocktail Classic is in full force again today so once I recover from all the spirits I've been injesting maybe I can go through my photos and give you a run down.  Until then- Bills Burger Bar.

I love Bills Burger Bar.  Not only does this place make some delicious smashed burgers they also allow you to put any burger on top of salad sans the bun.

I went there last week for lunch and tried out the Cesar Salad topped with the Shrimp Burger.  I absolutely loved their Cesar dressing and the spicy shrimp burger gave the whole thing a southern flair.  I liked it so much I went back the following day for the Cesar topped with Mahi Mahi.

The fish had a spice to it much like the shrimp and I found myself once again cleaning my plate.  The best part?  You skipped out on the bun and can save those carbs for their amazing mudslide cupcake made with German Chocolate Cake soaked in Baileys and Kahlua.  And when I say soaked I mean soaked- You need to be 21 years old to order one of these things. I would have a picture but it was devoured almost immediately…there’s no stopping me with a boozy cupcake.
