This is a Biere de Miel (honey beer) made with raw wildflower Vermont honey and their house Saison yeast. It's got a thick foamy white head that slowly dissipates leaving a lovely lacing on the glass. There are soft flavors of lemon, honey and citrus with such a dry refreshing finish I could seriously see myself drinking this all day.
