Brunch at El Camion Cantina

I was touring around the East Village last week when the sky suddenly opened up and it was a full fledged downpour. Luckily El Camion was right in front of me so I dashed inside and used it as good excuse to have some brunch.

Every brunch entree at El Camion comes with a free drink so who was I to argue a frozen margarita.

I went traditional with my order of Huevos Rancheros and this really hit the spot.  I was happy as could be watching the rain and enjoying my solo meal.  By the time I finished the rain was gone and a beautiful rainbow greeted me upon exit.  Not too shabby for lazy Sunday.
